Within the training and development industry, he has built a reputation for providing client-focused solutions, achieving recognition and awards for his sales performance. He has engaged in providing an outsource solution for an existing training department; creating and implementing a learning strategy for a major pharmaceutical company; as well as developing a highly engaging transformational experiential learning solution for a group of senior managers.

John was most recently the Vice President of Sales of a global training and development organization. He has effectively worked across industries. Key client engagements that John led include Ernst and Young, Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, Ryerson, American Water, DSM, and HealthStream.
John is a graduate of the University of Maryland. John resides in New Jersey.

A hallmark of Leo’s work is an ability to meet the unique challenges posed by aligning an enterprise’s people and processes with its brand and customer loyalty strategies.

Prior to working with JM Reid Group Leo was the Chief Learning Officer for The Willis Group, the global insurance broker, where he launched the company’s first integrated, worldwide learning and development strategy, as well as a global sales training system for middle market and premier accounts, which produced 700 new client relationships in its first four months, with a training ROI of 228%.

Previously, Leo was with Merrill Lynch where, as Director, Global Leadership & Organizational Development, he managed orientation and interventions for 5,000 employees following September 11. Leo also led scenario planning and analysis of new business models for the Board in response to dramatic market shifts, designed the firm’s first integrated learning system and planned the first firm-wide leadership development process that links and measures the impact of a leader’s performance through employee loyalty, client loyalty and financial results.

Before joining Merrill Lynch, Leo was Senior Vice President, Practice Leader—Employee & Customer Loyalty for The Forum Corporation, a global diversified financial services firm. At Forum, he introduced a leadership development strategy that included simultaneous coaching of top executives around the world, developed and implemented business-specific leadership models and implemented decision-making models for the Office of the Chairman and Executive Management Committee. These actions saved 525,000 payroll hours annually over traditional training approaches, and achieved financial benefits comparable to $450 million in new business, with an 18% ROE.

Leo is a graduate of Fordham University. He received his M.A. from Hunter College and his Ph.D from the City University of New York. He resides with his family in Stamford, CT.

Steve Sheeren, Senior Consultant

Leveraging more than 15 years of sales and customer service development experience, Steve provides an engaging and relevant learning solution for clients through his unique blend of energy, insight and conviction.

  • Clients include: Halliburton, Time Warner Cable, Gates Corporation, IBM, Cisco Systems, Apple. At Apple Retail Stores, Steve facilitated sessions across the country over a five-year period, working with store management and staff to reach record-setting revenue and profitability numbers.

Customer Service

  • Clients include: Union Pacific Railroad, Levi Strauss, Emerson, Rogers Wireless, Texas Instruments  At Texas Instruments, Steve conducted sessions fostering skill growth necessary to manage cross-cultural communication. Customer satisfaction numbers showed double-digit increase over prior year’s results.

Performance Management

  • Clients include:  U.S. Postal Service, NetApp, U.S. Border Patrol and Devon Energy.  At Devon, Steve led sessions outlining new Project Approval Process for acquisition of capital fund gaining critical commitment from participants to ensure integrity and success of the new process.


Steve is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. As a National Account Manager with Union Pacific Railroad, he had direct sales management and growth responsibility for an account that exceeded $100 million dollars in annual revenue. Steve resides in California with his family.




Steven Hart has been serving international companies since 1986 in a classroom leadershhip, instructional design, and consulting and coaching practice for individuals and organizations. He specializes in developing leadership in the world marketplace.

Hart’s unique style is born of passion and experience. He helps professionals enliven and commit to the quality of their communications with the people they influence, and the communities they serve. Both his curriculum and delivery approach—forming a unique classroom experience—speak from there.

Hart currently teaches leadership and communications for Roche, TimeWarner, Motorola, Swiss Re, and Nationstar. He has taught his own certificate program, Writing for Business, for Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations for over four years. Since 2009, this program is also part of ExxonMobil’s professional development curriculum delivered worldwide.

His other programs include The Leader’s Voice, The Fluent Listener, Project Management Meetings, and Managing Organizational Culture. He is co-designer and facilitator of The Shift Group’s program SET, the Sustainable Entrepreneur Program.

As a practitioner of intercultural training and consulting methods, Hart has taught in India, Ukraine, China, South Africa, Chile, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Hong Kong, Spain, Germany, Egypt, K.L., Switzerland, Panama, Singapore, Mexico, Canada, and the U.K. For DuPont Brazil, he served for eighteen months as a faculty consultant to senior management in São Paulo. In August 2005, Hart served on a select team for former Secretary Michael Chertoff in building the performance culture of the Department of Homeland Security.

Hart holds a master’s degree from Pacifica Graduate Institute in California.

Born in Denver, and raised throughout North America, Europe and the Middle East, and after many years in New York City, Steven Hart makes his home in Chestnut Ridge, New York.



Rosie Mucklo, SENIOR Consultant


Rosie is an accomplished Learning and Development professional with both broad skills an industry experience.

 Rosie's expertise includes:

  • Creating and managing  discovery protocols leadership, sales and service, learning systems, and consulting initiatives.
  • A tested and proven coach and facilitator who leads others to exceed expectations and maximize opportunities.
  • Outstanding project management skills, including large, complex global initiatives.

Rosie Mucklo has been in the Training and Development space for nearly two decades. Prior to working with the JMReid Group, Rosie was Managing Director of The Service Profit Chain Institute, a  consulting firm that partnered with Harvard Business School to help companies improve the links between employee engagement and customer experience. Rosie was responsible for day to day operations as well as customer implementations including: leading strategic customer projects; facilitating focus groups; developing new products; marketing; and she was an instructor for leadership training where she received top mark from AT&T University.

Prior to joining The Service Profit Chain Institute, Rosie developed her diverse skill set while working with The Forum Corporation where she worked in nearly every part of the organization. In her most recent, role as SVP of Operations and Strategic Projects and a member of the executive team, she made business critical decisions and had P&L responsibilities. In this capacity she managed Forum’s global network of distributors and its internal operational functions, including Finance and IT. Rosie also led large companywide initiatives, including one focused on digitizing Forum’s library of training content so that it can be deployed in various modes beyond the classroom using Xyleme, a single-source content development system. She also developed partnerships and new distribution channels including mid-sized market and global content distributors.

Rosie earned is a graduate from Loyola University of Chicago and has an M.A. in Higher Education from West Virginia University. .



Marilynn A. Draxl, Ph.D., Senior Consultant

Marilynn Draxl is an organizational psychologist who has supported companies with her expertise in the fields of organizational and leadership development. She presently consults to firms in need of proficiency in organizational behavior, performance systems, leadership/ executive development, and strategy management. She also serves as a global leadership and HR consultant, helping companies develop leadership pipelines and improve their talent development processes and programs. Since 2005, Marilynn has conducted needs analyses for AMD, Corning and Wyeth and developed and delivered leadership programs for Philips, AMD, Chemtura, Crayola, Corning, Harris Communications, FINRA, University of Pennsylvania Healthcare Systems, Lockheed Martin, Carefirst, and the US Postal Service.

Prior to returning being a senior consultant, Marilynn worked for the Strategic Management Group, an international consulting and training company. As part of their Solutions Integration Group, she was responsible for working with organizations to improve the implementation of strategic initiatives through the use of simulation in blended learning solutions.

She served as a developmental coach for senior leaders and executives in organizations such as Allergan, AMD, American Water, Corning, IRS, Philips, Veritas and the Federal Reserve Bank of NY.

Marilynn experience includes being Associate Vice Chancellor of Academic Affairs at the University of Maryland University College where she was responsible for academic policy and oversaw curriculum and development planning for credit programs. During her tenure, Marilynn worked with the nuclear industry to create one of the first accredited, online nuclear engineering degree programs for distance learners.

Marilynn holds a degree from Marymount Manhattan College and a doctorate from Adelphi University’s Derner Institute of Advanced Psychological Studies.

Marilynn travels as an avocation. As an unabashed “country collector” she has lived and worked in 14 countries and traveled extensively in 94 others.


TWANYA HOOD HILL, Senior Consultant

Twanya Hood Hill brings to every engagement, a wealth of expertise in the organizational development, training, leadership development and strategy development arenas. With over 19 years of experience supporting organizations both internally and externally, Twanya has helped organizations realize their desired organizational culture through a variety of solutions and interventions.

Twanya’s true passion is derived from her ability to create lasting and sustainable organizational change that is both employee and customer centric, innovative yet aggressive, promotes shared vision and growth and is fiscally sound. Twanya infuses energy and expertise into the following areas of consulting support:

Twanya has also served in the following organizations: Gap, Inc., as Director of Field Training and Implementation, at Genentech, Inc., leading Leadership and Management Development, Leadership and Team Development at Target Corporation, and the management consulting firm, A.T. Kearney, Inc.

Fascinated with adult learning, Twanya also served as Adjunct Faculty at Ottawa University.

Sharie Green, M.A., Senior Consultant

For over 20 years, Sharie has enjoyed helping clients develop their staff and enhance their business performance.
As a trainer, facilitator, and instructional designer, Sharie has provided consultative services to senior leaders, managers, and staff in the areas of Strategic Planning, Performance Improvement, Organizational Metrics/Measurement, and Employee Behavioral Skills Training.

Some of her past and present clients include Ernst & Young; Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation; Kaiser Permanente; Health Net, Inc.; California School of Health Sciences; and NetMax Center for Entrepreneurs. Sharie has deep experience within the health care industry.

Melissa has been an award winning communications design specialist for 20 years working in all kinds of media.

A Graduate of Conestoga College in 1991 with Honours in Graphic Design and Advertising.
For 9 of the last 15 years she was a Communications Design Specialist at the University of Waterloo.
Creating effective marketing materials for the Recruitment office as well as various departments.
An integral part in the Design of Recruitment campaigns as well as various successful launches within the University. Producing effective print design, print production and illustration. Managing projects from start to finish in a team setting as well as on her own. She has 7 years of Ad Agency experience working on large campaigns for both Blackberry and Opentext. She now owns a Graphic Design business called Lakehouse Creative. Offering custom graphic web and print design with a special emphasis on balancing both the artistic and the technical sides.
She has great experience working with Leadership and Training companies to effectively create design with a purpose. Melissa resides in Cambridge, Ontario with her family.
