Yet sometimes our clients are looking for something bigger, more immersive, more time intensive and even more deeply entrenched in the fabric of their culture. That’s where JMReid Group’s custom design comes in.
We love these challenges because the possibilities are vast and we’re able to create learning experiences outside the traditional boxes of one-day conferences or internal summits. With this leeway, we’ve crafted everything from multi-component negotiation simulations, to choose-your-own adventure style journeys.
Case Studies
Here are just a few of the avenues we’ve explored:
The Edge
A professional services client wanted to differentiate and gain competitive advantage by refocusing their seniormost partners on relationship building rather than technical expertise. To address this, we crafted The Edge, a highly engaging two-day program driven by learner-choice. The program explored the social and neuroscience behind relationship building and then applied that learning to senior level business conversations, resulting in lower dependence on technical know-how, improved relationships and expanded business opportunities.
oneRIVER
A leading financial firm recognized the strategic importance of enabling a disparate group of managers from various acquisitions and mergers to lead in a manner that supports both culture and strategy. oneRIVER addressed this need with a highly themed four-day program exploring the leaders’ role in navigating the rapids of business while simultaneously developing the team and executing the sale.

The Power of PAS
A professional services firm was faced with a group of partners and senior managers who did not recognize the power of the whole service line. In response, we created The Power of PAS, a four-hour table-driven session which encouraged the partners to explore tension, leave outside their comfort zone and the power unlocked by staying curious and vulnerable.
