Core skills are the building blocks for success and growth. Our skill building programs assess and address the areas where improvement can have an exponential effect on business outcomes.
At JMReid Group, we work with our clients to understand the current skill level and skill set of their teams, which can vary broadly. Sometimes this is where we find that an issue is really ‘will’ (or willingness/desire to do something) and we pivot to address that need. More often, our discovery process yields specific areas where growth is needed. We then take this understanding and place it in the broader context of the organization, its needs and its opportunities.
Skill building is often relegated to the ‘one and done’ approach, yet we believe that if the skill is important enough to invest in, it is important enough to do it right. We’re just as concerned with how the skills are applied within the organization as we are with the skills themselves, so we provide ongoing sustainment to ensure the progression from the workshop to workplace is complete.
