Sylvia Celentano

Sylvia is a versatile business professional with a career-long focus on all aspects of corporate learning and development. Her passion is in helping professionals become the managers, and leaders they want and need to be for today’s workforce.

Drawing on her deep and varied experience including people management and leadership along with learning solution design, virtual facilitation, project leadership, solutions consulting, and senior functional leadership, Sylvia will engage, challenge, and help to make connections to bring out the best in individuals.

In virtual settings, Sylvia engages participants bringing her insight and curiosity to build on individuals’ ideas, questions, and challenges with the goal of drawing meaningful, practical conclusions.

Sylvia brings over 25 years of business experience. Before becoming an independent consultant in 2021, she held Senior Vice President positions with DoubleDigit Sales and The Forum Corporation, and prior to that, consulting roles with Grant & Partners Consulting and Exchange Applications before becoming an independent consultant in 2021.

Sylvia has worked within financial services, credit union, insurance, telecom, professional services, medical devices,manufacturing, retail, consumer packaged goods, travel and energy focusing on inside sales, sales culture transformation, capability development in sales and sales leaders along with leadership and management.

Sylvia holds an Honours B.A. from the University of Western Ontario and a Certificate in Instructional Design from George Brown College.
